What is the shipping policy?
All items from BuyRefurbished are shipped out within 1-2 business days and are received within 5-7 business days. We utilize Fedex and UPS for shipping methods. Please contact us to make any changes to your order prior to shipment. All orders over $500 require a signature on delivery.
What if my address was entered incorrectly?
If there was a mistake or you would like to enter a different shipping address, contact us at cservice@planitroi.com or at 855-695-8300.

What if my order was damaged during shipment?
Please Contact Us via e-mail for any shipment issues within 7 days of your order receipt.
All items offer a 30-day return policy beginning on the item delivery date. All returns require prior authorization (RMA) and will be in accordance with BuyRefurbished.com's Return Policy. Depending on the reason for return, the customer may be liable for return shipping charges. Please Contact Us to initiate a return or notify us of any other issues with your order.
