Manufacturer refurbished items are often returned by a customer or previously opened products that have been cleaned, and restored to a like new functional condition.

A Keyboard, Mouse, and Power Cord are all included. We also include information on your warranty (if applicable) and some other packaging information.

An Adapter and a Battery are included with all Refurbished Laptops unless specified*.

What is the shipping policy?
All items from BuyRefurbished.com are shipped out within 1-2 business days and are received within 5-7 business days. We utilize Fedex and UPS for shipping methods. Please Contact Us to make any changes to your order prior to shipment. All orders over $500 require a signature on delivery.
What if my address was entered incorrectly?

All items offer a 30-day return policy beginning on the item delivery date. All returns require prior authorization (RMA) and will be in accordance with BuyRefurbished.com's Return Policy. How long is my warranty?
Beginning on the date of delivery, all Refurbished products purchased from BuyRefurbished.com are covered under our 18 Month Warranty period. For Used and New products, there is a Warranty period of 30 days. The original invoice or order number is required as proof of purchase.
